Rajendra Lodha, a former director at Lodha Developers, was arrested in Mumbai on September 17 in connection with an alleged fraud uncovered during an ongoing investigation. He had resigned from all positions at Lodha Developers on August 17, 2025, at the company's request, after an ethics committee reviewed his conduct.
