The Andhra Pradesh government has cleared the allotment of 480 acres in Visakhapatnam and Anakapalli to Adani Infra (India) Pvt. Ltd., a notified partner of Raiden Infotech India, a Google company. The land will be used to build 1 GW AI data centres, among the largest in the country. Raiden is investing over INR 87,500 crore in the state and will receive INR 22,000 crore in incentives, with benefits also sought for its partner firms. The centres will follow global Google standards and require massive power, equal to about half of Mumbai's annual usage. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said Google's India investment commitment has risen to USD 15 billion.Read more

Piramal Realty has completed Phase 1 of Piramal Revanta, its 12-acre residential project in Mulund, after Tower 4 received its Occupation Certificate. Mahindra Lifespaces has been selected to redevelop a residential cluster in Matunga (West), Mumbai. Sikka Group has entered into a co-development agreement with Birla Estates to develop a housing project in Greater Noida, valued at nearly INR 1,600 crore. DDA recorded close to INR 1,500 crore in its recent e-auction of 81 plots across residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and group-housing categories, more than doubling the overall reserve price. The highest jump came from industrial plots, followed by strong traction in group-housing plots in Dwarka. Officials linked the response to recent policy changes that reduced reserve-price multipliers and made participation easier, along with improving connectivity and public amenities in key areas. Adani Enterprises Ltd confirmed earlier this week that it had finalised the INR 231.34 crore acquisition of Trade Castle Tech Park Pvt Ltd through its joint venture, AdaniConneX. The deal, initiated in the past week through a share purchase agreement with the company's existing stakeholders, gives AdaniConneX full ownership of an entity holding substantial land parcels and key infrastructure licences. Although the acquired firm has yet to begin commercial operations, the JV expects the assets to accelerate its national data centre expansion plans, particularly in line with its long-term 1 GW capacity strategy.Read more

91Springboard has strengthened its South India footprint by launching new hubs in Bengaluru and Chennai, adding over 1 lakh sq. ft. of flexible workspace and around 2,500 seats. The company now operates 13 hubs across the region and plans to add another 1.5 lakh sq. ft. by FY 2025-26. The expansion follows strong demand and the successful opening of its first Chennai centre earlier this year. The new hubs, set to open by early 2026, are located in premium, well-connected business parks with modern amenities.
