The survey, which commenced earlier this week at Sahakar Nagar, Chembur, will expand to other transit camps, including Bimbisar Nagar, Goregaon (East). The classification of residents into three categories-original tenants, legally transferred occupants, and unauthorised residents-will help streamline rehabilitation efforts.
