Global industrial real estate developer Panattoni has entered Kerala for the first time by partnering with Edayar Zinc Ltd. to build a Grade?A+ industrial and logistics park near Kochi, with an investment of INR 800 crore. The park will be developed in two phases, with Phase I spanning 20 acres and offering 5.2 lakh sq ft of space tailored for e-commerce, FMCG, pharma, and 3PL clients. Construction is set to begin in February 2026, and Phase-I operations are targeted for February 2027, forming part of the broader Kerala Logistics & Industrial City initiative.Read more

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZ) plans to raise revenue from its logistics business to around INR 140 billion by fiscal year 2029, compared to approximately INR 28.81 billion in fiscal 2025. The company is strengthening its presence in warehousing, port-feeder services, and related logistics to reduce reliance on global trade cycles. The logistics division's revenue surged 79% year-on-year in the latest quarter, contributing 11.5% to overall revenue, up from 8% a year earlier. Blue Dart Express Ltd reported a 30.8% rise in standalone net profit to INR 79.5 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2025, with revenue from operations at INR 1,549 crore. Celcius Logistics has partnered with Switch Mobility, the electric vehicle division of Ashok Leyland, to introduce India's largest electric refrigerated vehicle (reefer) fleet under its new vertical, 'Celcius Green'. Leasing of industrial and warehousing spaces across eight major Indian cities increased by 28% during the January & September period this year, reaching a record 37 million sq ft, according to CBRE. Delhi-NCR led with 11.7 million sq ft, followed by Bengaluru with 5.7 million sq ft and Hyderabad with 4.6 million sq ft. Together, these cities accounted for nearly 59% of the total leasing. The sector also saw 23.8 million sq ft of new supply, largely contributed by institutional developers in Bengaluru, Chennai, and Mumbai.Read more
