This makes it a preferred choice for both celebrities and corporate tenants.
Property documents indicate that the tenant has committed to the three-year rental period, and the deal was completed through official registration channels. Representatives of Kareena Kapoor did not provide a statement when contacted.
This lease follows a recent high-value rental deal involving Kareena's sister, Karisma Kapoor, who renewed her Bandra West apartment lease for a total deal value of INR 66.12 lakh. That lease was also with a corporate tenant and was officially registered, highlighting the trend of premium rental agreements in this neighbourhood.
Bandra West continues to be one of Mumbai's most sought-after localities. Its combination of a central location, premium housing, and urban conveniences sustains strong rental demand and high monthly rents. Celebrities and high-net-worth individuals frequently opt to lease properties here, making it a consistent hub for premium rentals in the city.
