ESR has secured USD 850 million in fresh equity from its existing shareholders to support growth across its logistics real estate and data centre businesses in the Asia-Pacific region. The Union Cabinet has approved Jaipur Metro Phase 2 with an investment of around INR 13,038 crore to expand the city's metro network through a 41 km corridor.
